Experience of founder of ``Well Spring``
Malik Akhtar, Served fifteen years in “Agricultural Engineering Department (Tubewell || Drilling || Water Management || Land Leveling), Government of Punjab” in various districts (Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jehlum, Gujranwala, Lahore, Mianwali). During this period he conducted projects of drilling and installation of tubewells for the farmers and various public and private departments.
He was also the in charge of some of the high level tubewell drilling drilling projects while drilling up to 1150 feet.
Land leveling and water channel management was another task which he succesfully served and got experience.
Later after early retirements he served as a tube well drilling consultant in a renewed company and installed tube wells in the various sites of the federal capital for Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islambad, Pakistan Railway, Agricultural, Socities, Defence, Farm houses and Diplomatic Enclave.
